As soon as you discover that you have enrolled in the wrong course, follow the steps below that apply to your situation.
1. Contact your instructor to get the correct enrollment link for your course.
2. Paste the correct enrollment link into your web browser and press "enter."
If you were already signed into SI Cloud on this browser, you will be taken to the SI Cloud dashboard and automatically enrolled in the new course. If this is the case, skip to Step 5.
If you were not already signed into SI Cloud, proceed to Step 3.
3. Click the "Sign In" link in the center of the page.
Double check that the course and institution displayed in the white banner are correct before you proceed.
4. Enter your existing SI Cloud Username and Password, then press "Submit."
Your Username is the email address you used to register your SI Cloud account. Typically, this will be your school email address.
5. Contact the instructor of the incorrect course and ask to be removed from the section.
If this is not possible, contact customer service so that we can remove you from the incorrect course.
