What do I do if I Enrolled in the Wrong Course?

As soon as you discover that you have enrolled in the wrong course, follow the steps below that apply to your situation.

You enrolled in the wrong course, but have not ordered your kit or redeemed a voucher code.

  1. Contact your instructor to verify what the enrollment URL for your course is:
    • If you are already signed in to Science Interactive Cloud on your web browser, clicking the URL link or copying it into your web browser address bar will enroll you in the correct course.
    • If you are not logged in to Science Interactive Cloud, sign in using the email and password you registered for your course.
  2. If possible, contact the instructor of the incorrect course so that they can remove you from that course's enrollment. If this is not possible, contact customer service so that we can remove you from the incorrect course.

You enrolled in the wrong section and ordered your kit, but the correct section uses the same kit.

  1. Contact your instructor to verify what the enrollment URL for your course is:
    • If you are already signed in to Science Interactive Cloud on your web browser, clicking the URL link or copying it into your web browser address bar will enroll you in the correct course.
    • If you are not logged in to Science Interactive Cloud, sign in using the email and password you registered for your course.
  2. Contact customer service to have your access unlocked in the new course. If you have already completed some work in the incorrect section, that progress may be able to be transferred to the correct course.

Enrolled in the wrong course and ordered the wrong kit.

  1. Contact your instructor to verify what the enrollment URL for your course is:
    • If you are already signed in to Science Interactive Cloud on your web browser, clicking the URL link or copying it into your web browser address bar will enroll you in the correct course.
    • If you are not logged in to Science Interactive Cloud, sign in using the email and password you registered for your course.
  2. Contact customer service for information on returning/exchanging your kit to the correct one and to have you placed into the correct course. Progress made in lessons in the incorrect course may not apply to the correct course.
