Follow the steps below if you have forgotten your password and need to reset it.
If you do not remember the email address used to register your SI Cloud account, contact your instructor as they can tell you what your registration email is.
1. On the SI Cloud login page, select "Forgot your Password?"
2. Enter the email address you used for your SI Cloud account and select "Submit."
Usually your SI Cloud login email address is your school email address.
3. Check your email for a reset link and follow the instructions there.
It may take a few minutes for the email to arrive. Be sure to check your spam folder.
