Follow this guide if you are trying to access the V-Scope component of your course and cannot due to one of these reasons:
- Your web browser returns to a Cloud login page when you select the V-Scope link.
- The V-Scope link does not appear in your course's menu.
This happens if you have not registered the purchase of the course's kit. In this situation, your course dashboard page will show the "Enter a Code" and "Purchase Kit" buttons.
Once you enter your kit code, voucher code, or check out via the shopping cart, you will be able to use the V-Scope link to access your V-Scope content.
If you aren't sure which purchase method you should use, your instructor will be able to help you.
If you do not see a link in your menu dropdown, that means that the course you are enrolled in does not contain any V-Scope material. If your course should have V-Scope material, it is likely that you have enrolled in the wrong course. See our guide here and contact your instructor.
