The Lot # of your kit corresponds to when the kit was built at our facility. Customer Service may ask for this information when helping resolve an issue with your kit. Follow the steps below to find that number.
1. Find the Science Interactive sticker on the front flap of your kit.
2. On the front label, under your Kit #, find your Lot #.
Generally, Lot #s begin with "RP-00000" and then have six digits unique to the batch that your kit came from.
