What do I do if I see an "Expired Nonce" error?

Occasionally when opening a new tab that is meant to open a virtual lab bench, students see an error that says "Expired Nonce." This means there is a mismatch between the credentials expected by the virtual lab bench and what the browser is sending.

1. In your browser, close the tab that is showing the error.

2. Make sure pop-up blockers are disabled in your browser

3. Clear the cache and cookies in your browser

4. Return to the browser tab that has your Cloud lesson and select "Refresh" or "Reload"
