There's a notice in my kit saying it was shipped without an item. How do I get the missing piece?

If you ordered your kit directly from us, there's nothing you need to do; we will ship it to you as soon as the item arrives in our facility. 

If you bought your kit from your bookstore, contact our Customer Service team.
