Why isn't my kit code working?

There are a couple possible reasons why your kit code may not be working, but the good news is that it's usually a very easy fix! Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

1. Make sure you haven't already used the code in a different course

Kit codes are one-time use, so if you've already entered the code to access a different course in SI Cloud (even if it was by accident), you won't be able to use it again for this course. If you used your kit code on a different course in error, please contact customer service (see step 4)

2. Ensure you are entering your code in the correct field.

On the top-right corner of the page, select "Enter a Code" and then "Kit Code."

3. Check that all characters are correct.

Double check 1's and L's, or 0's and O's. If your code isn't working, try switching those characters.

4. If you are still unable to redeem your code, contact our customer service team.
