Do you ship internationally? If so, are there additional shipping fees?

Updated on

We offer international shipping to most countries, with the exception of North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Sudan, and Syria. All international orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS and are subject to additional shipping fees based on destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred upon delivery, which will be charged by the local customs authority upon arrival of the package. Estimated delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination and customs verification may also extend delivery times. For specific shipping costs and delivery options to your country, please enter your shipping address at checkout. Additionally, there are a small number of additional conflict area countries that don't accept USPS / UPS shipments - please verify as these locations may change.

  • Shipping costs: International shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, package destination, and any potential surcharges / customs fees based on the destination.

  • Customs and duties: The customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. Please make sure that the customer’s contact information is clear as the customs officials may need to reach out to them.

  • Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges: We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase – please advise our customers to read our return and refund policy for detailed information about the processes.
